Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support of medical equipment.
- Install, configure, and commission medical devices and systems.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance protocols, and technical documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical issues, service schedules, and repair status.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with internal procedures, safety requirements, and manufacturers’ guidelines.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams regarding the serviced equipment.
- Participate in technical trainings.
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Automation, or a related technical field
- Experience in servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical equipment, electronic devices, or similar technical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of electronics, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Good command of English
- Valid Category B driving license
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
