For our IT Division, we are currently looking for a Desktop Administrator – Hardware & Software Support.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Install, imaging, configure and maintain desktop operating systems, drivers, software and end-user systems; ·Maintain workstations, printers, and other hardware and peripheral equipment; ·Act responsible for the correct acceptance, storage, inventory, issuing and disposing of all IT assets; ·Responsible for sending repair equipment to vendors. Carry out minor maintenance or repair of IT material ·Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory book of IT assets. Keep documentation of assets and supplies issued; ·Ensure inventory accuracy for warehouse; ·Provide high-level of Support for Executives; ·Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite/offsite presentations, events, and meetings; ·Prepares all IT equipment for release according to projects, customer requests or internal needs; ·Troubleshoot desktop computers, printers and peripherals related problems;

OUR REQUIREMENTS: ·University degree in Computer science, Informatics, Electronics or relevant; ·Experienced in hardware and software; ·Experienced in operating systems Windows 10/11; ·Must be organized and punctual; ·Problem solving and prioritizing skills; ·Very good communications skills and client oriented attitude; ·Good command of English – written and spoken; ·Ability to work in team; ·Ability to work in a dynamic environment; ·Ability to work under pressure; ·Positive orientation and personal motivation; ·Experience with VIP Support is an advantage.
