Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying web based applications using NodeJS, Svelte/Kit, React and similar frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact users worldwide, collaborating closely with other developers, product managers, and designers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient and scalable web applications using NodeJS, Express.js, HonoJS and front-end frameworks like Svelte/Kit, React and similar.
• Collaborate with the team to design user-centric features and enhancements.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve product development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Express.js and one or more front-end frameworks such as Svelte/Kit, React, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of Git and version control as a whole.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Again, strong understanding of TypeScript. We are using it at pretty sophisticated level.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
• Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sotfware Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.

Desirable, but not essential skills:

• Some Devops experience will be highly valued, eg. working with Docker, Kubernetes, management of Linux-based servers.
• Familliarity with Figma (from developer perspective)
• Experience with TailwindCSS.
• Experience with unit testing tools.
• Experience with ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
• Experience with WebSockets and long-lived applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Good spoken and written English.
