Position:

Media Translation Project Coordinator

We are growing! Graffiti Studio is looking to hire the right professionals who can coordinate our projects while building deep & meaningful relationships with our partner studios around the world:

• You will work with international dubbing and subtitling studios
• You will coordinate and lead to success our multilingual voice-over and subtitling projects
• You will be a part of an experienced team of people truly passionate about media translation
• You will gain a very hands-on experience on a variety of exciting media project accounts

Required Experience:

• History of project and vendor management
• Excellent organization, project management, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research new potential studio vendors and analyze their fitness to be our partners
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms for service agreements with those partners
• Plan, organize, coordinate and execute ongoing dubbing and subtitling projects
• Contract projects with vendors, manage budgets, production and delivery schedules
• Ensure the delivery of the services and files within specifications to meet set deadlines
• Work with vendors to articulate and correct service failures or deficiencies.
