Are you looking to give an exciting and challenging career as a Travel Specialist a try? Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but it is not required!

The main responsibilities would include:

• communication with clients by email, chat, and phone - identifying their needs and finding the best solution;
• creating inbound tailored travel packages on request;
• communication with existing partner companies;
• hotel reservations and partnership establishment;
• see-off and accompany tourist groups from Sofia for one-day tours;
• work with contemporary customer service and tourism industry software daily;
• flexible working hours - occasionally incl. weekends and holidays.

Skills required:

• advanced level of English (B2);
• good time management and prioritization skills;
• excellent communication skills;
• proactiveness and enthusiasm;
• comfort in using all common applications (Internet, email, MS Office, etc.);
• a driver’s license (category B) is an advantage;
• A recommendation from a previous employer is an advantage;
