The company provides services in multiple domains, including Anti-Money Laundering, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence, Credits, Financing, and other business domains. Since 2021 the group has been going through enhanced digital transformation, demanding software development, QA, AI, Cyber Security and other IT solutions.

As our O365 System Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Providing 3rd level support related to Outlook functionalities and being first point of contact regarding questions from different teams or end users;
• Identifying issues that are blocking the ecosystem;
• Managing our CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure independently along with DNS Mail related entries;
• Documenting the necessary deliverables in the required tools, working closely together with the Product owners and the various other colleagues in the team, reporting to the Scrum master or Epic owner, completing your tasks in a structured way;
• Quickly assimilate new information and knowledge, make decisions and set priorities independently.

Key competences that will help you succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar position, adding up to more than 2 years is expected!
• Knowledge about Procdump, Windebug, PowerShell, Sara, Fiddler, MFCMAPI (scripting knowledge such as PowerShell is a plus);
• Knowledge about CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure and DNS Mail;
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environment, practicing an Agile mindset;
• Excellent technical knowledge of the M365 suite (more specifically communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Exchange, etc...)
