Job Responsibility

• Execution of following processes: Risk management, Serial inspections, Process conformity assurance, Product conformity assurance, Change management, Non-conformity management, CIP
• Plans and moderates risk assessment analyses /FMEA/ for manufacturing processes Coordinates and monitors effective implementation of assigned measures
• Internal communication with all company departments including MD HQ and other MD plants, external communication, if required
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits of systems and processes
• Application of quality, environmental and safety standards to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
• Cooperation on the Lessons Learned process

Qualification and skills

• University degree in relevant field
• Good knowledge of and experience with quality management methods and cause-effect analysis, e.g. FMEA, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5 Why?, Lean, etc.
• Previous experience in quality planning/management or equivalent - minimum 3 years
• Knowledge and experience with problem solving techniques
• Fluent English – both written and spoken
• Fluency in German is an advantage
• Very good coordination and communication skills
• Very good computer skills /MS Office, SAP/
