Mission:

We are looking for a strategic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding results. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a drive to exceed revenue goals while fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative outbound sales strategies to unlock new revenue streams;
• Inspire, mentor, and motivate a team of talented sales agents, cultivating a culture of excellence;
• Use data and key performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities, and drive improvement;
• Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals;
• Provide clear, actionable reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring alignment on targets and outcomes;
• Identify, hire, and onboard top-performing sales professionals while providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities;
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness;
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the team at the forefront of the market.

• Industry experience: Familiarity with the cleaning services industry is a plus.
