For our trusted client, international automotive manufacturer we are looking for Quality Engineer to join the team and focus on suppliers development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper communication with suppliers in cases of Complaints and Incoming Inspection. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality issues and implement effective solutions on the supplier side.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments and inspections.
• Analyse quality performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues at suppliers.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in Automotive.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards.
• Good knowledge of automotive core tools and methods (MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, Control Plan); Quality planning; Supplier management; Measurement and controlling of processes with KPI's; Continious Improvement; Root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa etc).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
