Job Responsibility

• Reporting relevant KPIs including supplier evaluations by the customer
• Ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and deadlines
• Manage and edit customer portals in the responsible areas
• Coordinate and support the complete processing of customer claims and the related tasks (e.g. 8D, customer communication)
• Application of quality, environmental and safety standards to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
• Forwarding information to relevant departments in case of non-compliance with customer requirements

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in relevant area

Skills

• Automotive Core Tools knowledge
• Knowledge and interpretation of internal and external standards
• IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3
• QM specific software and Tools
• MS Office
• SAP /preferably/
• Fluent English
