Requirements:

• Higher education in Engineering or Quality Management.
• Previous experience in a Quality Department (2 years) within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies.
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and monitor production processes to identify potential issues using specialized equipment and methodologies.
• Prepare technical reports and document findings from quality control checks and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring staff are well-informed and trained on relevant protocols.
• Lead and coordinate the technical team.
• Apply modern quality assurance techniques such as FTA, FMEA, DOE, and SPC to maintain production quality.
• Compile and present regular quality reports to senior management.
• Organize and maintain documentation.
• Participate in internal and customer audits, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
