Executive Assistant to Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Proactively assists the Plant manager for organising and overseeing the process;
- Collaborates with Plant Manager and sets strategic goals and vision for the site;
- Participates in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, etc.;
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping;
- Communicates with employees about performance expectations and gives useful feedback to them;
- Determines KPIs and measures them on a regular basis;
- Adheres to company's rules and regulations.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Previous working experience on a similiar position;
- Degree in Technical education or similar relevant field;
- English language proficiency (C1 level);
- Experience in working with MS office and SAP;
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
