We are more than a reference supplier based on continuous innovation and internal entrepreneurship. We are seeking for an Junior SAP HCM/SF consultant, to integrate our Sofia/Plovdiv plant team.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of SAP to answer to business and legal requirements for several countries, concerning SAP HCM;
• Participate on projects design and implementation solutions SAP HCM
• Translate the business requirements into technical requirements
• Manage interactions between business and team project, sometimes with external consultants
• Identify, analyse and solve problems of his/her expertise area
• Contribute to the development of the department and the improvement of the implemented solutions.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Experience, at least of 2 years, on participation of SAP HCM. SAP SF implementation projects experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Problem solving, analytical capabilities and critical thinking.
