• Developing strong connections with platform users to support their success
• Identifying, onboarding, and reactivating new and dormant online partners.
• Educating partners on utilizing self-service tools effectively
• Delivering prompt and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
• Addressing platform issues and sharing valuable customer feedback
• Encourage platform usage by promoting campaigns and features
• Assisting partners with order-related processes
