For our client, provider of medical services, we are looking for a positive, motivated and responsible person for the position:

Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning;
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards;
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to align financial goals with business strategy;
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability - cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements;
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and financial risk assessments and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies;
• Oversee billing, collections, and payment processes to optimize cash management;
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.

Qualifications &Skills

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, ACCA preferred);
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis;
• Experience in the healthcare, medical services industry is a plus;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• English is a must.
