We are an established Bulgarian IT company delivering end-to-end software solutions for businesses and the public sector. As we continue to grow, we need a motivated HR professional to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent - and to strengthen our people culture from the inside.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full recruitment cycle - from role definition in partnership with the Hiring Manager to offer acceptance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, and university networks.
• Handle HR administration - employment contracts, addendums, leave management, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging start for new hires.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize team-building events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Track and report on HR KPIs - time-to-hire, turnover, headcount, and more.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid understanding of Bulgarian labor law (Labor Code, GDPR).
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• English - working proficiency (reading, writing, communication).

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting IT/tech profiles (tech recruiting).
• Experience building employer branding strategies.
