For our Dream Team in Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko we are currently looking for a passioned HR Intern who would love to craft a bespoke internal customer experience for our amusing team.

Main areas of responsibility
Employer branding:
- Participate in creative discussions and co-create employer brand materials;
- Maintain the social media channels.
- All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner;
- New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Training department.
- Vacation and sick leave are tracked;
- Performance evaluations are tracked;
- Employees anniversaries are tracked and anniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Head of Department, Hotel and/or General Manager;
- Participation in HR policies development and implementation;
- Supporting the organization of the annual employee engagement survey;
- Participate in meetings/discussions related to the creation of the impact plans;
- Event management – co-organizing different events for the staff.
- The employee communication boards are up-to-date and attractive;
- The employee locker rooms and cafeteria are looked after;
- Employees are welcomed to the HR office in a warm and friendly manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and represents the entity in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports and support the Head of HR in the evidence-based and data-driven decision-making process.
- Relevant university degree & keen interest in developing as an HR Business Partner;
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills;
- Native Bulgarian speaker;
- Fluency in English, second language will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong work ethic and adaptive to changes;
- People-oriented, open-minded and flexible individual;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Excellent computer literacy – MS Office;
- A sense of humour would be highly appreciated!
