Quality Engineer /Electronics/

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communicates with external stakeholders on quality-related issues;
• Handles customer complaints using 8D and PS methodologies;
• Prepares complaints to suppliers and further investigation process;
• Initiates meetings, conference calls, etc. with suppliers on issues related to the quality of delivered raw materials and supplies;
• Participates in the organization and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and develops QMS documents;
• Prepares reports and protocols for first samples and monitors the timely receipt of customer feedback on them.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education or experience in this field (electronics);
• Professional experience in quality management, error analysis, and new product development is considered an advantage;
• Good usage of quality tools;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
