Your responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design original graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI prototypes that show how the product will look and function
• Establish and adhere to branding style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Evolve and iterate designs based on user feedback

Requirements:

• 1+ years of web or mobile user experience research and design experience
• Examples of designed products that illustrate intuitive, elegant, and responsive design principles
• Experience presenting designs/user experience flows, collecting feedback, and incorporating them in effective and structured ways
• Experiences with design and prototyping tools
• Strong experience with UX research (including user interviews and competitive analysis) is preferred
• A collaborative spirit and a proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams
