We’re partnering with one of Sofia’s most imaginative independent gaming studios, currently growing their team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business and product. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and CPO, playing a key role in shaping both strategic and creative decisions. This is not a pure reporting role — you’ll be expected to analyze, question, connect the dots, and translate data into clear actions. You’ll act as a bridge between:

• Finance & Sales;
• Product & Game Design;
• Business goals & player behavior.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business and product performance using structured data;
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs;
• Work hands-on with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel/spreadsheets;
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across teams;
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting;
• Support leadership with insights for strategic decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business / Data Analyst (or strong mid-level with 3–4 years and solid hands-on skills);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Practical experience with SQL and data analysis;
• Experience with Python and Power BI (or strong motivation to level up quickly);
• Ability to turn data into clear, business-relevant insights;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Bonus: experience in gaming, or passion for games, art, comics, or creative industries.
