What will you do as Head of Sales at Smart Organic?
- Oversee and manage the global sales activities of the company.
- Lead and coordinate sales team to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities, expand into new markets, attract key clients, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
- Set sales targets across markets, regions, and channels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Production, Marketing, Quality, and others.
- Prepare sales and financial reports, analyze results, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- At least 3 years of international sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years of negotiation experience with key accounts, major retailers, and partners.
- Solid knowledge of FMCG sales dynamics.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
