The Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

• Previous experience in 3D modeling, architectural planning, or similar fields is a plus.
• Experience with quality control in technical and visual projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and alignment techniques.
• Familiarity with software used for 3D modeling, 360-degree videos, and architectural plans.
• Understanding of spatial reasoning and precision alignment.

Attention to Detail:

• Exceptional focus on ensuring precise and realistic visual representations of the construction process.
• Ability to identify and correct any discrepancies in model alignment or quality.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to alignment and project execution.
• Capacity to adapt and improve processes for better outcomes.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within the team and with project owners.
• Ability to document work clearly and share updates on platforms like Jira.
• Team player with a proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on 3D and 2D Projects:

• Align 3D-generated models with real-world paths captured in 360-degree videos.
• Ensure precise alignment using reference points such as columns, doors, and key structural elements.
• Align routes with architectural maps for 2D projects, ensuring accurate synchronization with 360-degree camera paths.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform post-project quality checks to verify that alignments are accurate and realistic.
• Correct any discrepancies in the alignment to ensure the highest level of precision in the final result.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the team to execute specific project instructions provided by the project owner, ensuring the final product meets required standards.
• Collaborate with the team on project delivery, participating in training new employees about processes, tools, and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in both the alignment process and workflow.
• Provide feedback for enhancing software and project execution.
