TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for a passionate Trust & Safety Supervisor for Supercell Account.

As a Trust & Safety Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure a safe and engaging experience for millions of Supercell fans and players around the world.

You will be responsible for helping refine and enforce Community and Safety Policy. You’ll also support a team of Trust & Safety Specialists who will be working directly to support user-safety and policy enforcement through moderation activity and Trust & Safety Support queues.

This role may need to deal with sensitive content, and you will be part of the support framework for your team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of your local Trust & Safety team.
• Working with your Trust & Safety Lead, and Game and Anti-Fraud team members to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Supporting Trust & Safety Specialists through escalations. This may include working with Law Enforcement.
• Escalating newsworthy events in your Trust & Safety Teams’ markets to the Policy Council for quick and timely emergency policy decisions.
• Ensuring a daily plan is in place to manage all incoming work.
• Assisting your Lead in preparing quality, efficacy, and productivity reports on a regular basis

Requirements:

• 2+ years working with online communities
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• High Arabic and English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of pop culture’s impact on online communities
• Background in debate, policy writing, or journalism (or other relevant fields) will be considered an advantage
• A proactive mindset seeks continuous improvement both for personal and the organization's way of doing things
