Your Responsibilities:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone and email
- Guide users through the setup and troubleshooting of their devices
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Stay informed about product updates, network solutions, and support practices
- Maintain excellent communication and deliver a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German (B2–C1) – both spoken and written
- Fluency in English (B2–C1) – both spoken and written
- Basic understanding of internet connectivity, routers, and general troubleshooting
- Interest in technology and consumer electronics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work comfortably with various computer systems
- Flexibility to work different shifts depending on your preferred schedul
