In this role you will:
Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients Develop solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients Plan and lead processes between these clients and in-house developers to meet, organize and simplify requirements Work closely with internal teams to make sure all deadlines and client criteria are met The main markets which you will be working with are going to be the US and LATAM so the job requires you to work late shifts (12 PM - 9 PM)
Qualifications:
Fluent English Strong Excel knowledge(VLOOKUP) Experience in managing customer relationships and software release Experience in Project/Account management Flexibility and ability to work with minimum supervision Strong interpersonal skills
Good to have:
API integration knowledge Product delivery management Good understanding of development lifecycle
