We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist to join one of our established teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the emotional wellbeing and resilience of team members working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group psychological consultations and counseling sessions
• Conduct psycho-diagnostic assessments and evaluations of team members
• Manage complex psychological cases and escalate when appropriate
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and provide support when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• M.A. degree in Clinical Psychology or similar field
• 2 years of proven practical experience as a counselor, psychologist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
