What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team handling payment-related customer support and operational activities
- Monitor daily workflows and ensure all customer inquiries and transaction cases are resolved within established service levels
- Ensure clear and professional communication standards across all customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, financial regulations, and security policies
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in banking transfers, payment operations, banking services, financial operations, or financing activities is required.
- Previous leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Sales role with coaching responsibilities)
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused approach
