Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via email to Spotify users.
• Assist with account management, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
• Guide users through FAQs and general how-to questions.
• Resolve technical and subscription-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure every interaction reflects Spotify’s commitment to user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Arabic (C1 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Valid EU work permit and permanent residence in Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (no evening shifts), including weekends.
• Prior experience in customer service is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset.
• Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
