About the Role: As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you'll provide non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls!

Your Tasks:

• Providing Email support for our clients.
• Answering "How to" and "FAQ" questions.
• Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance.

Our Requirements:

• Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1).
• Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above).
• Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers.
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.
