The significance of your role:

  • The importance of your role: Managements systems department is responsible for maintaining the Integrated management system in the company (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 и GDP)
  • Our team is responsible for risk management, non-conformances and incidents in the company, as well as updating the internal rules
  • We follow for performing activities related to business continuity processes in the company
  • We actively participate in and support process owners in second (partners) and third (certification) party audits
  • We show a partnership attitude towards all departments in the company
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team on the position of Senior Management Systems Specialist.

What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge and compliance with the requirements related to the standards implemented in the company and other documents related to the Integrated management system
  • Providing support to all departments in the company in implementing requirements related to the standards
  • To participate at first and then to be the owner of validation of monitoring systems for temperature and classification of the utilized equipment – key functions associated with GDP, for which there are written rules
  • To lead the process of calibrating all technical measures for monitoring and measurement of warehouses and vehicles
  • To maintain annual timetable with testing of scenarios for the continuity of the business processes and work closely with business owners for the preparation of testing
  • To assist to the business owners in potential changes and updates in different plans
  • Preparation, coordination, and control of the Annual schedule for internal audits. Active participation in conducting internal audits against the requirements of the standards implemented in the company
  • Active participation and presenting company in second (partners) and third (certification) party audits
  • Active participation in improvement process in the company, implementing good practices in the activities performed by the organization
  • Support process owners in developing and updating internal rules (policies, procedures, instructions) as well as documenting them
  • Maintains and manages non-conformances and corrective and preventive action register (CAPA Register), Risk Register and Monitoring plan
  • Prepares reports that includes management review of maintenance status of the Integrated management system
Тhe skills and competencies required for the role:
  • Previous proven professional experience on such position – at least 5 years
  • ISO 19011 internal auditor training certificate and experience with some of the listed standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Quality management
  • Excellent literacy in the Bulgarian language and skills for expression in written and oral speech
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office
  • A team player with high organizational skills who manages to build positive relationships in his everyday work
