Now, we are looking for a SAP Change Management Coordinator to join our team!

Main scope: SAP Change Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of SAP enhancements (GAPs & Defects) across multiple LDC countries. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including AMS (Support), DT&A (IT Solution Management, Developers and QA), Business Process Owners (xPSO), to ensure the successful delivery and operation of SAP systems, as per the business needs and priorities, coordinating and operating with AGILE & SCRUM practice (SAP backlog management, delivery sprint planning, daily meetings and follow-up with the assigned resources, sprint retrospective, etc.).

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of enhancements for SAP live countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives, requirements and priorities
  • Operate with SCRUM practice (backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings & follow-up, sprint retrospective)
  • Collect the prioritization from the Business Process Owners (xPSO) for each SAP services (Accounting, Tax & Controlling, Invoicing & Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain and Downstream)
  • Plan the monthly delivery sprint scope based on the business priorities and available AMS & DEV teams’ capacity
  • Ensure that the team members working on the sprint’s delivery are following SAP best practices, change and release management process
  • Collaborate with other teams to make sure that the issues are well addressed and solved, and the planned scope is delivered
  • Change Management: monitor the JIRA tickets backlog and ensure the appropriate prioritization, planning and delivery in sprints
  • Project Management: plan, coordinate and communicate cross-teams’ deliverables as mini-AMS projects (ex. new company codes in scope)
  • Create KPIs to monitor delivery and JIRA tickets backlog and delivery
  • Monitor SAP live countries budget (planned vs actual team effort for each delivery sprint)
  • Plan and lead quarterly SAP delivery reporting meetings
  • SAP Audit management: communication and coordination with AMS team members for the needed SAP Audit timely evidence provisioning
  • Plan and lead monthly reporting to management on the BOLD live countries tickets deliveries and main pain points
  • Facilitate with the SAP Project Managers the transition from project to AMS RUN (T2R) phase (before project Go-live to end of hyper care)
  • Monitor and analyze users’ feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to the SAP backlog delivery process (Continuous Service Improvement mindset)
Main requirements: · 5+ years of SAP experience as project manager / coordinator / change manager · Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering SAP projects (implementations, rollouts or post go-live enhancements delivery) on time and within budget · Experience with AGILE delivery model and SCRUM methodology · Experience with SAP application delivery and change management · Understanding of SAP back-office business process and integration with other systems · Project Management and ITIL best practices (Incident, Change & Problem management) · Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (ServiceNow & JIRA) · Understanding of SAP landscapes and environments (DEV / QA / PRD) · Experience in SAP solutions support and delivery is a strong advantage · Required education · Bachelor’s degree in information technology
