Sales Specialist
We are Sopharma Trading – one of the leading providers of healthcare services in Bulgaria and Serbia. The company is a part of Sopharma Group and together we are driven by the mission to bridge generations with care.
We serve a broad portfolio of over 20 000 health and beauty products in our 3 distribution centres in Sofia, Varna and Sabac (Serbia). Our logistic process is distinguished by a high level of automation and a unique system for the storage and processing of medical products has been implemented in our distribution centres in Bulgaria.
In 2015 we launched our own pharmacy retail concept – SОpharmacy, which introduces the best world practices in the local market.

The importance of your role
The Pre Wholesale Department is a part of the Wholesale Business Unit, one of the largest business units in the Company. At the Pre-Wholesale Department, we build and maintain commercial relationships with Wholesale customers in Bulgaria and abroad by offering high-quality products and services.
For our enthusiastic and skilled team, we are currently looking for a positive, dynamic, result-oriented and customer-service-driven individual to take ownership of the Sales Specialist role in our department.
What will be your daily job:
Support senior sales experts with day-to-day operational sales activities;
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing international wholesale clients
Proactively identify new business opportunities within the current client portfolio and support the acquisition of new customers
Prepare invoices, pro-forma invoices, and other related financial documentation
Communicate regularly with clients regarding sales activities, invoicing, and product-related clarifications
Act as a liaison between senior sales experts and sales support team
Ensure all filings, documents, and regulatory reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable trade laws
Coordinate credit and financial activities and monitor timely payments for trade operations
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and standard commercial offers under the supervision of senior sales experts
Respond to standard client inquiries related to products and the active portfolio
Collaborate closely with various departments within Sopharma Trading.
What you need to have:
University degree in Economics, Trade, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)Strong motivation and desire to develop in the field of international commercial/export sales
Previous experience in a sales or commercially focused role, preferably in an international environment with a large product portfolio, will be considered an advantage
Very good command of English, both written and spoken;
Excel experience is a plus;
SAP knowledge will be considered as advantage;
High attention to detail, combined with analytical thinking and strong client orientation;
Hands-on attitude, business acumen, and a growth mindset
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
