Position Highlights:
The Solution Specialist RPA and Automation`s role is to provide expert technical support, platform administration, and infrastructure maintenance for the RPA and Automation landscape. The role will work within the Automation/RPA Teams and collaborate closely with Solution Manager, RPA developers, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and support teams.
The objective is to ensure a stable, scalable, and secure UiPath Automation environment, to own the maintenance and performance of RPA Virtual Machines, and to proactively manage platform reliability, license allocation, and server utilization.

The objective is to ensure a stable, scalable, and secure UiPath Automation environment, to own the maintenance and performance of RPA Virtual Machines, and to proactively manage platform reliability, license allocation, and server utilization.
Main responsibilities:
UiPath Platform Administration & Technical Support
- Act as the central Level 2 technical support contact for UiPath platform issues (Orchestrator / Automation Cloud / Robots / Integrations).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform, VM, network, and automation environment issues.
- Proactively identify and prevent incidents through monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.
- Manage UiPath license allocation, consumption tracking, and optimization of license usage.
- Monitor and analyze server and platform utilization, including robots, queues, runtimes, Orchestrator workloads, and capacity forecasting.
Infrastructure & VM Ownership
- Own the full maintenance lifecycle of all RPA Virtual Machines, including provisioning, upgrading, performance tuning, resource scaling, and compliance with IT security baselines.
- Coordinate with Infra for infrastructure changes, OS updates, and configuration modifications.
- Ensure VM stability and cost-effective operation.
Release, Deployment & Environment Management
- Manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring proper versioning, traceability, and deployment stability.
- Maintain environments (INT/VAL/PROD), including configuration, access control, robot provisioning, folders, and credentials.
- Collaboration
- Work with Solution Manager, developers, Infra teams to improve solution supportability and platform performance.
- Provide guidance to developers on environment configurations, debugging logs, and platform constraints.
Main requirements:
- Hands-on experience (min 2,3 years of experience) with UiPath Orchestrator / Automation Cloud administration, Unattended Robots, queues, assets, runtimes, and monitoring.
- Experience managing and supporting Windows Server-based RPA VMs, including patching, OS troubleshooting, performance analysis, and VM lifecycle ownership.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, CI/CD, deployment automation) – nice to have
- Strong debugging capabilities with experience analyzing logs, API calls, orchestrator events, and VM-level diagnostics.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, and Python (for automation, diagnostics, or AI workflows) - nice to have
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ServiceNow) (incident, problem, change management) - nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology - nice to have
