For one of our clients - an established international company, we are looking for a driven professional for the mission of:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - NORTHEAST BULGARIA
Mission: To implement strategies and commercial policies at regional level - Northeast. To ensure achievement of set volume targets, distribution and coverage of wholesale and retail in the allotted area. To ensure availability, high visibility and sell-out of company products in all outlets.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - NORTHEAST BULGARIA
Mission: To implement strategies and commercial policies at regional level - Northeast. To ensure achievement of set volume targets, distribution and coverage of wholesale and retail in the allotted area. To ensure availability, high visibility and sell-out of company products in all outlets.
Main responsiblities
- To achieve set volume targets for all products and brands.
- Through direct contacts with Distributors and subordinates, develop and improve product image and turnover
- Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully exploited.
- Inform the Country Sales Manager of any problems and all competitors’ activities within the region.
- Continually keep up-to-date on product developments and market trends
- Be involved in the appropriate levels of customer product training.
- To plan and control efficient routing cycles for regular and systematic coverage of distributors and clients within the region of responsibility.
- To take orders from the distributor, monitor his stock availability and to ensure that the distributor delivers transferred orders regularly and on time.
- Distribution control: gain new customers, identify and pursue opportunities to widen distribution, maintain optimum stock levels in stores.
- Solid B2B sales experience gained preferably with an international company;
- Exprerience managing relationships with regional and local distributors as well as clients and key accounts.
- University education
- A self-starter, with good business judgment;
- Results oriented
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to establish relationships with the customers and partners
- Driving license
- Computer skills
- English is advantage
