The impact you will create:
Talent Hunting: Proactively search the internet to identify and engage top-tier professionals.
Innovative Sourcing: Employ creative strategies and cutting-edge tools to discover the best candidates across social media, professional networks, forums, and other platforms.
Candidate Outreach: Develop compelling messages to attract and engage potential candidates, fostering strong relationships and building a robust talent pipeline.
Collaborative Teamwork: Partner closely with our recruitment team and hiring managers to understand stakeholders' needs and match candidates with their ideal roles.
Interview Assistance: Support phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates.
Agency Collaboration: Actively work with recruitment partners, including recruitment agencies.
Career Events Participation: Participate in career events to network and attract top talent.
Essential skills you will need:
Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in helping people advance their careers and connecting them with exciting opportunities.
