The Perfect Candidate:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; a second language is a strong advantage.
  • Must be a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of modern recruitment practices and the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment is essential, ideally with exposure to international hiring and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, resume databases, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Organized, data-driven, and able to balance multiple open roles while delivering timely, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to define role requirements and align hiring strategies with project timelines and goals.
  • Research and implement updated sourcing techniques to improve outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, portfolio sites, resume databases, and referrals.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage inbound applications.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates, conduct pre-screenings, and extend job offers where applicable.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to expand the candidate network and promote the employer brand.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on offer negotiations and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and deliver time-to-hire and other recruitment-related reports to management.
  • Support payroll processes and assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
