PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

The impact You will create:
You manage the process of purchasing machinery, equipment and requesting services
You act as a contact person for orders and suppliers
You are strongly socially responsible with motivation to organize and work on various internal and external initiatives
You manage aspects of the organization of the company's office and its vehicle fleet
You make surveys and prepare reports and analyses on costs and offers
You organize inventories of tangieable and intangible assets
You are an active driver with a readiness to move quickly between different locations in the city
Experience and skills You will need:
You have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position with sales experience
You have very good written and spoken command of English
You possess computer literacy for all Microsoft Office products and formal correspondence
You are communicative, proactive, with a lot of energy for making quick decisions and checking off tasks
You have a confident and positive personality which helps you quickly adapt to change
Your flexibility makes you fast, efficient and responsible, with attention to detail and a "can do" attitude
