Project Manager – Talent and Learning

The Project Manager - Talent and Learning will play an integral role in ensuring the effective delivery and embedding of global Talent and Learning Programmes in their early stages. Programmes such as the development of our career framework, and the ongoing evolution of our Career Hub and development of world-class Leadership Development offering form a critical piece of our global HR strategy.
Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and working closely with product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent & Learning teams, the role holder's primary responsibility will be to project manage the development and implementation of new talent and learning products.
What you will do:
Drive and enable change management plans and practices to support core projects and programmes, ensuring the right level of alignment, traction and engagement across a wide number of stakeholders.
Ensure the management and communication of key people data to provide insight and make viable recommendations during product development.
Collaborate with the HRBP team, broader HR Community and a range of key business stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects and processes and identify dependences.
Maintain close relationships throughout product development with Service Delivery team to ensure products are scalable and able to transition to existing global processes.
Lead the Project Plan in collaboration with the product owner, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
Work with the product owner and project team members to ensure the delivery of key milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
Present insights from key sources of people data to product owner and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and action plans.
Manage a regular stand-up mechanism for the project team providing updates whilst capturing and tracking the measures of success to story tell the impact the programmes have made on the business.
What you'll be expected to bring:
Well-developed Agile project management skills and structured approach, with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent stakeholder management with the emphasis on delivery through others – communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
An understanding of talent, learning and general HR processes in complex organisations.
Able to drive change through succinct, effective communications planning and campaigns delivery.
Working knowledge of communications tools – videos, infographics, posters.
