The Perfect Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience with Symfony framework (MVC, Routing, Doctrine ORM).
• Strong skills in database design, MySQL indexing and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Forms (events, listeners) and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
• Comfortable with Docker for containerized development.
• Knowledge of monitoring and performance tools (Elastic, Kibana, PMM, New Relic).
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Symfony and related technologies.
• Optimize queries and database performance for complex systems.
• Implement robust caching and messaging solutions for high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize features.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within a modern CI/CD setup.
