Now, we are looking for a Microsoft Exchange Support Analyst to join our team! Position Highlights: Provide second-level support and administration for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 messaging services, ensuring stability, security, and timely resolution of incidents.
Support the company’s messaging environment in alignment with LDC standards and procedures.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for MS365 Exchange Online.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 via ServiceNow.
- Manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, room resources and distribution lists.
- Assist with basic configuration and maintenance tasks for messaging systems;
- Monitor system health and escalate complex issues to Level 3 or engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and solutions.
- Assist with MS License allocations when required
- Support other messaging administrators and act as a liaison to Service Desk Leads.
- Ensure compliance with established duties and procedures.
- Adhere to project-planned dates and SLA timelines for incident resolution
Main requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in managing/troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Experience using PowerShell for routine Exchange administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot messaging components (Shared Mailboxes, Delegation, SMTP, OWA).
- ServiceNow - preferrable
- MCSA: Office 365 Certification – nice to have
- MCSE: Messaging Certification - nice to have
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
