We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Talent Acquisition Team!
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS Digital Bulgaria.
What will you do?
- Post job ads on job sites and portals - registration, updating current information, researching for new and successful options to attract candidates
- Source and headhunt potential candidates through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Assist in the management of TELUS Digital Bulgaria's internal and external referral programs
- Preparing sourcing statistics presentations
- Support the creation and execution of engaging sourcing campaigns
- Come up with innovative ways to increase TELUS Digital Bulgaria's candidate attraction
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Well-organized and creative self-starter with the ability to establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines
- Positive and professional attitude
- Competence in G-suit
- No previous experience is needed - we offer job-specific training
