Currently, they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria, and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:

Junior Account payable with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time Statement Reconciliations Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices Handle the Blocked resolutions Processing all recodes received Initiate follow up for the parked documents

Our requirements

Excellent knowledge of German and English language level B2 or higher. Previous experience in Customer service or Accounting is an advantage but not required. Familiarity with accounts payable systems and procedures is a plus. Ability to work with complex information in a simple and understandable way. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and management. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to accounts payable (e.g., tax laws, invoice processing). Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
