This role will focus on managing internal financial processes while facilitating effective communication with external accountants. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze internal financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, providing insights to management on variances.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to financial regulations and internal policies and stay updated on changes in accounting laws.
- Expense Management: Review and process expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain organized financial records, both digital and physical, to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Support Management: Assist management in financial planning and decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in an internal role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Omeks, XERO) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
