The importance of your role:

The Pre Wholesale Department is a part of the Wholesale- Sales& Marketing Business Unit, one of the most profitable business units in Sopharma Trading. At the Pre-Wholesale Department, we build and maintain commercial relationships with Wholesale customers in Bulgaria and abroad by offering high-quality products and services.

For our enthusiastic and skilled team, we are currently looking for a positive, dynamic, result-oriented and detail-focused individual to take ownership of the Import Expert role in our department and support the growth of our business.

What will be your daily job challenges:

• Establish and maintain communication with international suppliers and partners to secure product registration, procurement, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products on the Bulgarian market.
• Expanding the product and service portfolio and growing the network of foreign suppliers to meet purchasing and sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of supplier and client contacts, as well as related documentation.
• Ensure current and potential partners comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Manage product documentation related to imports, including product profitability analyses and sample procurement.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating documentation for drug registration with the Bulgarian Drug Agency and pricing registration with national authorities.
• Oversee and coordinate the repackaging process of imported products in collaboration with external subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and source new products for registration, import, and commercialization.
• Ensure import volumes align with monthly and annual departmental sales and budget targets.
• Carry out pricing of imported products in accordance with internal pricing policies.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning teams to monitor stock levels and place orders with foreign suppliers.
• Prepare and manage import-related documentation, taking into account product-specific and country-specific requirements.

What you need to have to be successful and convenient as a job holder :

• University degree - preferably in Business Administration, International Trade or Logistics;
• Career truck record on a role with a similar responsibilities, ideally acquired within a dynamic environment with complex import activities, will be an added value
• Hands-on experience in documentation management and coordination with diverse internal and external audiences
• Knowledge of GDP will be a valuable asset to the application
• Polished level of English – both written and spoken
• Attention to details complemented by analytical skills and client-dedicated approach
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain fruitful rapport with diverse audience
