Are you passionate about safeguarding digital identities and ensuring secure access management? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and ensuring compliance with IAM policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage the complete identity and access management lifecycle, including user onboarding, transfer, and offboarding (JML).
• Assist in coordinating security administration activities across diverse platforms, applications, and systems, ensuring adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of Level 1 access management periodic controls in accordance with established security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing IAM audit points, both internal and external to the team.
• Contribute to the development of tools or processes aimed at enhancing user access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows in alignment with organizational IAM policies.
• Maintain effective documentation for records and reports on access management activities.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience or familiarity with IAM platforms, would be considered an advantage.
• Possess a basic understanding of IAM technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, identity synchronization, and access control.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IAM and awareness of regulatory compliance requirements related to IAM.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and grow in the role.
• Knowledge of SQL would be a valuable asset.
