About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and innovation-driven ICT Product Manager to identify, design and validate new revenue streams for our B2B portfolio.

This role is not focused on day-to-day product operations. Instead, it sits at the intersection of market intelligence, innovation, strategy, shaping the next generation of ICT solutions within our telecom ecosystem.

You will play a key role in expanding our ICT portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI, connectivity, 5G private networks, and emerging technologies — turning market trends into profitable commercial offerings.

Your Mission

• Identify and evaluate new ICT revenue opportunities in the B2B market
• Analyze global and local trends, competitors, and technological innovations
• Leverage internal and external market data to uncover growth potential
• Engage with key enterprise customers to co-create and validate new product ideas
• Develop end-to-end business cases (market sizing, financial modeling, ROI, risk assessment)
• Define product concept, positioning, target segments, and go-to-market approach
• Lead the internal product development governance process
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Technology, IT, Finance, Legal, Sales) to drive product approval and launch
• Ensure new product initiatives align with company strategy and profitability targets

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Opportunity Identification
• Continuous scanning of ICT and telecom innovation landscape
• Identification of monetizable trends (AI services, cloud evolution, cybersecurity, vertical solutions, etc.)
• Competitive benchmarking against international telecom and system integrator players
• Build robust financial and strategic business cases
• Create implementation blueprint (organizational, technical, commercial readiness)
• Conduct strategic discussions with large enterprise customers
• Collaborate with vendors, hyperscalers, and technology partners
• Identify partnership models that accelerate revenue generation
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Monitor launch performance against revenue and KPI targets

Your Profile

• We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically strong, and strategically minded professional with:
• Proven experience in telecom, ICT, system integrator, or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of B2B ICT ecosystems
• Experience in business case development and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with market and company data
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to engage confidently with enterprise-level customers

Considered a Strong Advantage:

• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI or connectivity solutions
• Technical understanding of ICT architecture
• Experience managing product development processes
