We’re now hiring a Bilingual HR Support Consultant (German & English) to join our growing remote team. If you want to make a difference from wherever you are, read on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an HR Support Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries, delivering accurate information and outstanding service to our employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to HR inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Logging and managing issues using internal ticketing systems
  • Providing information on policies, procedures, benefits, and more
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Taking ownership of resolution and contributing to team goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in German (B2 level or higher)
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic, remote working environment

Work Model and Flexibility:

This is a 100% remote position within Bulgaria, with no commuting and no need to attend an office. The role includes paid training over five weeks (full working days), along with structured coaching and onboarding sessions.
