Your Tasks
· Respond to partners queries and questions in a timely and professional manner; · Prioritize solving the partner’s queries quickly and effectively; · Act in accordance to company standards and project a positive overall image; · Shine through exemplary Teamwork;
Our Requirements
· Excellent proficiency of German (B2H) and good proficiency of English (B2); · Previous experience in customer service is an advantage; · Communication skills and the ability to maintain a good relationship with customers and support them in finding the best solution; · Having the skillset to multitask and make quick decisions; · Being kind and polite; · Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
