Who You Are:

• You have a strong grasp of branding and social media marketing and can craft visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement.
• You know digital — staying ahead of trends, understanding platform-specific best practices, and knowing what makes content perform.
• You’re always experimenting with new formats, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• You’re not just executing briefs—you’re shaping the conversation and challenging how we approach design.

Main tasks:

• Creating innovative and visually engaging designs that reflect the brand identity, especially for digital platforms.
• Design content tailored for digital engagement, keeping up with algorithm changes and trends across platforms.
• Taking ownership of the entire visual design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and content teams to craft visually compelling stories.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging digital design trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Visual or Graphic Design (or similar positions), with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a big advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and how to design for engagement and conversion.
• Creative confidence—you challenge norms and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
• A fast, adaptable mindset—you thrive in dynamic environments and take initiative.
• Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
