About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Global Enterprise Solutions Practice Lead to drive the strategic direction, technical excellence, and global growth of our Enterprise Solutions practice. In this leadership role, you will work across international markets, partnering with regional leaders, sales teams, and technical consultants to build scalable solutions, strengthen delivery capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the global technical strategy for the Enterprise Solutions practice.
  • Drive portfolio management, standardization, and industrialization of solutions across global markets.
  • Partner closely with regional practice leaders to ensure consistent standards, methodologies, and technical quality across all engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sales teams and leadership across 12+ countries.


Pre-Sales & Delivery Enablement

  • Support global sales and account teams in a pre-sales capacity by shaping solution architectures, proposals, and commercial approaches.
  • Develop and maintain technical playbooks, demo environments, enablement materials, and reference architectures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical escalation point for complex client engagements and delivery activities.


Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Build and maintain a strong global community of Enterprise Solution consultants across regions.
  • Lead technical forums, innovation sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Govern reusable assets, intellectual property, accelerators, and solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with global practices including Microsoft, Data & Analytics, AI, AWS, and Software Development teams.
  • Identify and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.


People Development & Culture

  • Mentor regional practice leads and senior consultants, supporting professional and technical development.
  • Foster consultant engagement, retention, and career growth initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, certifications, and innovation.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive working environment across teams and regions.


Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

  • Represent the organization at global Enterprise Solution events, conferences, and customer forums.
  • Encourage consultants to contribute to the broader technical community through presentations, blogs, and speaking engagements.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, trends, and regulatory developments within the Enterprise Solutions landscape.


Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution leadership, consulting, or technical practice management.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing international technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Solutions, particularly SAP and/or Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and client engagement.
  • Strong track record in thought leadership, conference speaking, and industry representation.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across regions, cultures, and cross-functional teams.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentoring, innovation, and continuous improvement.
