About the Job

The E-Learning Specialist with German & English will be responsible for the design of online training courses, activities and programs. They will collaborate with internal partners to complete a regular training needs analysis that defines the highest training organizational priorities. In addition, the specialist will ensure that all training online materials follow company internal regulations. The professional possesses expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, specializing in e-learning development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Content development in cooperation with our trainers and creation of complete e-learnings
• Creation of tutorials (screencasts) for software trainings
• Development of supporting animations and illustrative graphics for the visualisation and simplified presentation of complex facts and processes.
• Create and update internal trackers
• Collaboration with different parties for creation and design of online training materials

Qualifications:

• Strong Fluency in German: C1 & good level in English: B2
• Experience: Creating complete e-learnings and/or training & explanatory videos, tutorials, graphics, animations.
• Software Proficiency: Confident handling of common image editing & video editing programs
• Creativity: A creative personality with a self-organized and committed approach to work.
• Computer Literacy: Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
